So, is it too totally obvious to do Divergent this week? I mean, hello! The movie opens up today! I can't wait to see it because, uh, Theo James...HELLO SIR! Ok, anyways so I read Divergent pre-blogging. I was totally in the in-crowd on this book without realizing what a huge book this was in the blog world. Go me. I seriously love this book so hard. I love it almost as much as The Hunger Games--the first book not the series as a whole. The Hunger Games will always win, hands down. But I digress. I love Divergent. I love Tris and Four and their relationship. I love the plot and how the factions function or the lack thereof function. I LOVE the theme of bravery and standing up not only for what you believe in but for those unable to stand up for themselves. Courage. Strength. Bravery. I love it all. I think this is the beginning of a phenomenal series, regardless of my feelings about the final book. I'm not sure if there is a human in the book world that hasn't read this book but JUST IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T, read Divergent...read Insurgent...then just stop. :)
