Kiss List {Best Books of January}

As I said in my post on Friday, I read so many amazing books in January that I just could not decided which book to highlight! So I decided to make a Kiss List specifically devoted to books. Shocker. But it's really rare to LOVE so many books in such a short period of time. It was like book hangover hair of the dog, I just kept picking up incredible books, lucky me! I was going to post this yesterday but decided to postpone it until today because it's my birthday SO I figured I'd flail about some of my new favorite books!

MARIANA  by Susanna Kearsley was a book that completely transported me to it's location and time. The present day story molds into the past with ancestor memories bringing a fascinating edge to this story. The romance was heart-breaking and beautiful, the location tangible, and I just DO NOT understand why I don't live in an old house in the English countryside.
Pick This Book Up If...You love historical fiction with a breathtaking love story and a perfectly complemented present day story. Also, if you love any and all stories set in England!

Kiss List {January 2017}

*Token sentence about how I can't believe the first month of 2017 is already gone* I personally feel like the month hasn't flown by! Probably because I started my new job and sitting in 8 hours of orientation for 7 days will make any month seem long. With that said, with the month feeling a bit longer it was PACKED with AMAZING books! Because of that, I'm going to be doing a special Kiss List post on Monday highlighting all the incredible reads of January. The purpose for Kiss List 2.0 came about because I wanted a post to gush about my favorite book of the month that really stood out to me but this month I honestly could not choose. Kiss List {December 2016}

Another month gone, another Kiss List obsession list! I had a fantastic month in new favorites and I am so excited to share them with you all! I am so happy to have brought this feature back and reformatted it to suit my needs because it has been incredibly easy to think of things I want to feature in each category. And can we please for one moment talk about where December went?! What the hell?! I love December and it is almost gone! PS-I am posting this about a week early because next week I have plans to feature my best of best for the year. Kiss List {November 2016}

November went so fast, I cannot believe it is December! It's crazy to me how fast time flies especially around the holidays. I am a huge fan of Thanksgiving, Fall in general, Christmas, and the entire month of December and this time of year seems to go especially quickly. It's like it knows how much I love it and goes faster to get away from my crazy love. I'm excited to talk about my favorites in books, television, makeup, music, and travel!
