Stroke of Light by Bare Minerals (Sephora)--This seriously is one of the best make-up products I have ever bought. It completely transforms my whole face and legit does what it says its supposed to do. It brightens my eyes, contours my face and makes my cheekbones pop. Such a surprise and an instant favorite. $22
Naked 3 by Urban Decay (Sephora)--I mean, seriously now. This palette is amazing and I can't get enough of these rose colored hues. I think they are perfect for daytime AND the darker colors work perfect for nighttime. This was such a great investment. $54
Hoola Bronzer by Benefit (Sephora)--I've been itching to try a new bronzer even though I LOVE my M.A.C. compact, I wanted a change. This is such a fantastic product because you can build on your face. It gives a great subtle contour for daytime and a few extra swipes for nighttime add a lot of good drama. $28
Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner (Target)--Oh my gosh, I love this! I had never even heard of gel eyeliner until recently and it is amazing. It is the perfect amount of shine without that glossy look of liquid or the blunt undefined look of a pencil. I love how this looks. $8
Fashion
Denim Shirt (H&M)--This picture looks ugly but I love the denim shirt look. I love pairing it with a tribal skirt, see below, or with leggings. So comfy and casual or a little dressy. I literally have 3 of them in different shades and I love all of them. $25
Denim Vest (Target)--Yeah, a little bit of a theme here but I love throwing this on with shorts or a dress or a romper and I think it adds a fun flair to it as well as adding some dimension to the outfit. $30
Tribal Skirt (Express)--I love this trend right now! Add in the sequins for some drama and this skirt is perfect. I love adding a denim shirt to this or a fun tank to go out in. $60
Barrel/Side Bag (Aldo)--I just bought this not too long ago and I get so many compliments on it! It is so chic and classic looking but I LOVE being able to add the longer strap to it when I"m out running errands and don't want to 'hold' my bag. $55
Music
So I am TOTALLY obsessed with Lorde and her newest album Pure Heroine. It is on repeat on my iPod AND it was my anthem for almost my whole road trip to San Diego. I cannot get enough of her songs. Glory and Gore is a personal favorite of mine. So dramatic.

ReplyDelete1. I love Naked, I had the perfect bronzer and they discontinued so I am searching for a new one! I might just give this one a try! And I've shied away from gel eyeliner because it requires more skill to apply I think but maybe I should actually give it a shot.
2. I am OBSESSED with Lorde. I went through the same thing you are going through. I listened to her album on repeat for a looooonnngg time. I love her music.

I think I need to check out that stroke of light stuff... it sounds worth the experiment. Let me tell you about the denim shirt. I have one & James hates it. I wore it a few weeks ago as a coverup to a tank/skirt combo for work and my boss called it a "jacket". SIGH. I was like YOU JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND. I love that tribal skirt (not sure I could pull it off) and Aldo is my secret weapon for gift shopping. I have bought Magan so many things there (including a clutch) over the years. haha. SO FUN. Thanks for doing this!!!!!!
